Don't forget the human touch
From the days when we simply used AI to design an action figure of ourselves, write a best mans speech or assist with homework, Chat GPT, Gemini or similar have fast become a useful part of our everyday lives. We seem to have come along way in only a short time, however it is sometimes worth remembering that the human touch is still a better option.

Over the past 12 - 18 months , site content seems to have shifted. Our team is now seeing an increase in similar looking content, not similar in the text , but in format, style, and tone that AI apps, like ChatGPT regularly produces.
There is absolutely no harm whatsoever in using AI to produce content, site maps, images, even PR & marketing ideas. However to ensure a unique style, that is on brand with your business it is worth using AI for inspiration, and assistance, rather than taking what it provides and using it verbatim.
To stand out from the crowd, and to be as individual as your ecommerce business, we advise anyone putting together site content to make it your own, and add your own human touch. We think your customers will thank you for it.
