Our history
Looking back to 2012, here at Insider Media we were running a successful Shopify store and required some assistance to upgrade our site. After contacting several agencies and getting limited responses we saw a gap in the market for a reliable local Shopify expert. With a background in computer programming, Marketing and running multiple successful businesses we realised that we could fill that gap ourselves. And Insider Media was born!

Co-Owner & Director
Paul oversees all aspects of Insider Media whilst also focusing on our clients brand development and marketing. With over 15 years experience in small to medium businesses, he is affectionately known around the office as Mr Google!

Co-Owner & Lead Designer
Ruth oversees all client project designs and development. Her experience with Shopify and Squarespace is unrivalled and nothing makes her smile more than when she has cracked a new piece of code to make a project awesome.

Design & Development Manager
Mark is a perfectionist when it comes to website and ecommerce store design and loves working on Shopify and Squarespace projects. As a night owl he often burns the midnight oil to make sure we produce the perfect results for our clients.

Dave is an integral part of the Insider Media team providing emotional support and amusement on busy days, although he can't always be seen in the office as he doesn't quite understand the idea of an 40 hour work week!
